Matt won second place in the chili cook-off, and I tied for first place in the apple dessert contest with my mom's dutch apple cheesecake recipe. Baby K slept through all of it, but looked pretty cute doing so!
Baby K is 7 weeks old today! It's crazy how fast the time has gone. I have to go back to work next week. =( It's only 3 days a week, and he'll be staying with a friend of ours (who is wonderful), but I'm pretty sad about it!

I'm so glad you have a blog! I love seeing all the pictures, isn't it funny how life works? If we were in the same place our boys could grow together. I look forward to checking in on your family. I'm going to add you to my blogrole so I can keep up.
